Online acceptance of documents and policies

You can publish and collect the online acceptance of your company's documents and policies in PDF.

Templates for PDF documents or policies.

1. Access the menu Templates -> Company.

   Click Actions -> Wizards.

2. In New Wizard.

   In Type select Document or Policy.

   In URL insert the file address (HTTPS).

   

   Optionally in Verify test your template.

   

   

3. Optionally in Settings.

   In Language select the template language.

   In Mininum Duration select the minimum duration for the template to be accepted.

   In Title insert the title of the template.

   In Introduction insert the template introduction.

   In Conclusion insert the template conclusion.

   In Accept insert the template accept.

   

4. Click Submit.
